National Fitness Day sees a huge range of activity options enjoyed by participants of all ages, such as ‘plank offs’, yoga and pilates classes, treadmill challenges, high-street HIIT classes, dance-offs, mass walks, virtual workouts and many more.’

The National Fitness Day Activity Finder as been designed to encourage people across the UK to get moving and join the free events taking place on Wednesday 22 September. 
 
The Activity Finder will provide you with with free events hosted by fitness and leisure operators, activity providers, sports clubs and community groups.


Activities are being added daily, if you don’t see anything in your local area be sure to check back at a later date. Otherwise check out to your local gym, leisure centre or sports club and see what they are doing to celebrate National Fitness Day!
